| Join the latest dance fitness
program here at Walters Dance Center! This class is a combination of Latin
dance technique and aerobic exercise. Dance your way to great health by
working out your core muscles dancing Rumba, Merengue, Cha Cha, Swing,
Mambo, Samba, Paso Doble, and Bolero. We warm up with Rumba and focus on
leg and hip action. Then we progress to the faster dances for a full body
workout. Finally, we'll finish with Paso Doble or Bolero to stretch arms and
back muscles. No partner is required; only bring yourself and your desire
to have fun while dancing your way into better shape! This class will held
at noon on Saturdays, in Ballroom "B" (downstairs). |
